摘 要:以三年生枸杞品种"宁杞1号"为试材,采用裂区设计方法,设计以施氮深度为主区(设0~20、20~40、40~60 cm 3个水平),氮素施用量为副区(设0、225、450、675、900 kg·hm^(-2)5个水平),研究了不同施氮量与施氮深度对枸杞保护酶活性、叶绿素及产量的影响,以期为种植枸杞在施氮深度和施氮量上提供参考依据。结果表明:适量增施氮肥有利于提高枸杞七寸枝过氧化物酶(POD)活性。在施氮量为225~450 kg·hm^(-2)时,枸杞七寸枝POD活性表现为A1处理显著高于其它2个处理;施氮深度0~40 cm枸杞七寸枝POD活性增强。七寸枝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随施氮量增加而升高,但施氮深度高于40 cm后枸杞七寸枝SOD活性下降。叶绿素含量随着施氮量和施氮深度增加而上升。枸杞产量随施氮量增加呈现先增加再下降的趋势,随施肥深度的增加同样呈现先增加后降低的趋势。施氮组合A1B4枸杞产量最高,达412.42 kg。Taking biennial wolfberry variety‘Ningqi No.1’as the test material,the design depth(set 0-20 cm,20-40 cm,40-60 cm three levels),nitrogen application amount was subarea(set 0 kg·hm^(-2),225 kg·hm^(-2),450 kg·hm^(-2),675 kg·hm^(-2),900 kg·hm^(-2)five levels),theinfluence of different nitrogen dosage and nitrogen depth on wolfberry protection enzyme activity,chlorophyll and yield was studied.In order to provide a basis for farmers to plant wolfberry in the nitrogen application depth and nitrogen dosage.The results showed that increasing nitrogen fertilizer was beneficial to improve the activity of POD.At the nitrogen application of 225-450 kg·hm^(-2),the activity of POD was significantly higher than the other two treatments;the depth of 0-40 cm.The SOD activity of seven-inch branches increased with the nitrogen application,but the SOD activity of Chinese wolfberry decreased after the nitrogen application depth is higher than 40 cm.The chlorophyll content increased with the increasing nitrogen dosage and the nitrogen application depth.Wolfberry production with the increasing of nitrogen application,with the increasing of fertilization depth also showed the trend of first increased and then decreased.The nitrogen combination A1 B4 at the highest Chinese wolfberry output was 412.42 kg.
