摘  要:针对大佛寺矿41211回风顺槽变形显著、维护困难的问题,采用现场实测、室内实验、理论分析等方法对其变形特征和破坏原因进行了分析,发现高应力、围岩软弱、内部节理裂隙发育、采动影响、支护参数不合理是41211工作面回风顺槽围岩变形破坏的原因。基于巷道破坏的原因,提出高预应力强力锚杆支护、锚杆-锚索协调支护和强帮支护的控制技术,对原支护方案进行优化。经过现场实测,新的支护方案实施后,41211回顺顶板变形量逐渐稳定在151.1 mm,较原支护减小62.6%,煤柱、煤壁侧变形量分别为156.5、111.4 mm,较原支护分别减小67.7%和70.6%,支护效果显著,满足大佛寺矿安全高效生产。In view of the significant deformation of the 41211 return air trough and difficult maintenance in Dafosi mine, the deformation characteristics and failure causes were analyzed using onsite measurement, indoor experiment, theoretical analysis and other methods, and high stress, weak surrounding rock, internal joint cracks were found development, mining influence, and unreasonable support parameters are the reasons for the deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the return airway of 41211 working face. Based on the reason of roadway damage, the control technology of high prestressed strong bolt support, bolt-anchor cable coordinated support and strong siding support is proposed, and the original support plan is optimized. After the on-site measurement, after the implementation of the new support plan, the deformation of the 41211 return air trough roof gradually stabilized at 151.1 mm, which was 62.6% less than the original support. The deformations of the coal pillar and coal wall were 156.5 mm and 111.4 mm, respectively, which were more than the original The support was reduced by 67.7% and 70.6% respectively, and the support effect was significant, meeting the requirements for safe and efficient production in Dafosi mine.
