摘 要:针对小保当矿112202工作面回风顺槽受二次采动影响变形量大现状,采用理论计算及现场测试方法,分析了112202工作面回风顺槽煤(岩)赋存条件及破坏机制,测试了围岩力学性质,研究了工作面端头超前巷道切顶卸压-强帮护顶协同控制技术,制定了切顶卸压水压致裂及强动压巷道强帮护顶支护方案,并进行了工业试验。通过对弧形三角板水力压裂效果及巷道围岩矿压观测,表明切顶卸压-强帮护顶协同控制技术可有效控制强动压强顶弱帮巷道围岩变形破坏,保证工作面安全高效生产。In view of the large amount of deformation caused by secondary mining in the mining roadway of 112202 working face in Xiaobaodang mine, the theoretical calculation and on-site testing methods are used to study the cooperative control technology of cutting pressure relief and strong supporting roof at the end of the working face. Developed a plan for cutting roof pressure relief and fracturing drill holes and a strong roof support scheme for strong dynamic pressure roadway, and finally conducted an industrial test. It can effectively control the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock and ensure safe and efficient production of the working face.
