摘  要:针对潞安矿区单一低透气性煤层抽采效果差的问题,采用现场工程试验的方法,在五阳煤矿7609工作面试验了多种水力造穴工艺参数组合,并且选出了优化的水力造穴工艺参数组合。然后设计了2个试验方案,对1个8 m的基本抽采单元的综合效率进行对比验证,方案1采用水力造穴工艺,方案2采用普通钻孔工艺,对比结果显示:方案1钻孔施工时间是方案2的85%,钻孔施工总成本是方案2的96%,抽采纯量是方案2的1.9倍,钻孔成孔率是方案2的1.64倍,且方案1施工现场文明生产水平相比方案2显著提升。对比方案的结果证明,采用水力造穴优选工艺参数组合能有效提升低透气性煤层的综合抽采效率,且施工时间和经济成本也略有降低,可在同类煤层条件的矿井进行推广应用。In view of the poor extraction effect of single low permeability coal seam in Lu′an mining area, adopts the method of field engineering test, in the 7609 working face of Wuyang coal mine, a variety of hydraulic cavitation process parameters were tested, and the optimized hydraulic cavitation process parameters were selected. Then two test schemes are designed to verify the comprehensive efficiency of an 8 m basic extraction unit. Scheme 1 adopts hydraulic cavitation technology, scheme 2 adopts ordinary drilling technology. The comparison results show that the drilling construction time of Scheme 1 is 85% of that of Scheme 2, the total drilling construction cost is 96% of that of Scheme 2,the extraction purity is 1.9 times of that of Scheme 2, and the borehole completion rate is 1.64 times of that of Scheme 2. Moreover, the civilized production level of the construction site of Scheme 1 is significantly higher than that of Scheme 2. The results of comparison schemes show that the combination of optimized process parameters of hydraulic cavitation can effectively improve the comprehensive extraction efficiency of low permeability coal seam, the construction time and economic cost are also slightly reduced, which can be popularized and applied in mines with similar coal seam conditions.
