摘 要:为保障在煤矿井下施工钻孔抽放瓦斯作业时现场工人的生命安全,迫切需要一种反应及时、稳定有效的孔口瓦斯防喷装置。针对现有瓦斯防喷装置需要人工现场安装,且存在封堵延时的问题,设计一种无需人工现场安装,且具有自动封堵功能的瓦斯自动防控系统。在实现基本功能的基础上,以标准化和自动化为原则,设计各主要零部件及自动控制系统。制造样机并试验主要部件的性能,试验结果表明:钻杆密封组件的密封性能良好;孔口胶套承压能力达到4 MPa,满足设计要求。井下应用表明:瓦斯自动防控系统完成孔口封堵的平均反应时间为3 s,可极大提高瓦斯防喷装置的有效性。In order to ensure the safety of workers on site during the drilling and gas drainage operations in underground coal mines, there is an urgent need for a timely, stable and effective orifice gas blowout preventer. Aiming at the existing gas blowout prevention device that requires manual onsite installation and the problem of blocking delay, a gas automatic prevention and control system that does not require manual on-site installation and has an automatic blocking function is designed. On the basis of realizing the basic functions, with the principle of standardization and automation, the main components and automatic control systems are designed. The prototype was manufactured and the performance of the main components was tested. The test results showed that: the sealing performance of the drill pipe seal assembly was good;the pressure-bearing capacity of the orifice rubber sleeve reached 4 MPa, which met the design requirements. The downhole application shows that the average reaction time of the gas automatic prevention and control system to complete the plugging of the orifice is 3 seconds, which can greatly improve the effectiveness of the gas blowout preventer.
