摘 要:为研究水力冲孔对"三软"低透气性煤层的增透效果,提高"三软"煤层瓦斯抽采率,根据某矿的实际条件进行了"三软"煤层水力冲孔试验,并采用测试钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和纯流量以及瓦斯抽采有效影响半径的方法,对该矿的水力冲孔效果进行了分析与评价,结果表明:对于该矿"三软"煤层,采用水力冲孔措施之后,瓦斯抽采浓度和纯流量最大增加了2.4倍和9.22倍,15 d内的瓦斯抽采有效影响半径由之前的2 m提高到了4~5 m,透气性系数由之前的0.005 4 m^(2)/MPa^(2)·d增加到0.053 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d),水力冲孔对"三软"煤层透气性系数的增加起到了较好的效果,提高了瓦斯的抽采效率。In order to study the effect of hydraulic punching on the "three soft" low permeability coal seams and improve the gas extraction rate of the "three soft" coal seams, according to actual geological conditions, have the test of hydraulic punching borehole in the "three soft" coal seam, analyse and evaluate the effect of hydraulic punching borehole in the mine by analysis the gas extraction concentration, rate of pure flow and effective radius of the gas extraction,the result showed that in the "three soft" coal seam of the mine, after the hydraulic punching technology was adopted, the gas extraction concentration and the rate of pure flow increased by the maximum of 2.4 times and 9.22 times;the effective radius of the gas extraction within 15 days was increased from 2 m to 4 to 5 m, the coefficients of gas permeability was increased from 0.005 4 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d) to 0.053 m^(2)/(MPa^(2)·d). So can draw the conclusion that hydraulic punching borehole can improve the coefficient of gas permeability of the "three-soft" coal seam and enhance the gas extraction efficiency.
