摘  要:基于电涡流反射的检测原理,根据电磁波在空气中传播遇到金属介质能量会发生衰减的特点,在信号发射端发射一定频率的正弦波,运用虚拟仪器技术搭建软件检测平台,经过信号处理,在Labview中观测接收端功率谱的变化,通过检测阈值来判断是否有金属侵入一级破碎机。试验检测到有金属入侵时,功率谱数值变小,金属检测系统进行报警。最后得出结论,电涡流高频反射金属检测装置在露天煤矿实际生产中可以有效实现金属杂质的检测,具有较大的应用价值。Based on the detection principle of eddy current reflection, according to this characteristic that the electromagnetic wave′ s energy will decay when encounter metal medium in air, launching a certain frequency sine wave and using the virtual instrument technology to build the software testing platform, observing the change of the receiver power spectrum through signal processing in Labview,determining the presence of metal by detecting the threshold.Through test verification, it is concluded that when metal intrusion is detected in the test, the value of power spectrum becomes smaller, and the metal detection system will alarm.Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the eddy current high frequency reflection metal detection device can effectively detect metal impurities in the actual production of open pit coal mines, and has great application value.
