摘  要:陕煤集团某矿井原煤运输系统存在超负荷运行情况,多条带式输送机驱动部故障频发,严重影响矿井的安全生产。本次研究针对系统内各带式输送机现状,对驱动部提出了防爆变频+永磁电机直联驱动和防爆变频永磁一体机直联驱动这2种驱动的升级改造方案,通过经济技术分析对比,确定采用最终的改造实施方案。为矿井的高产、高效和持续性经营提供了技术保障,具有一定的参考意义。There is overload operation in the raw coal transportation system of a mine in Shaanxi coal and chemical industry group co., ltd., the faults of the driving part of multiple belt conveyors occur frequently, which seriously affects the safety production of the mine. According to the current situation of each belt conveyor in the system, this research puts forward two upgrading schemes for the drive department: explosion-proof variable frequency permanent magnet motor direct drive and explosion-proof variable frequency permanent magnet all-in-one machine direct drive. Through economic and technical analysis and comparison, the final transformation implementation scheme is determined. It provides technical support for high yield, high efficiency and sustainable operation of the mine, and has certain reference significance.
