摘 要:以煤矿井下EBZ220型悬臂式掘进机回转机构为研究对象,对其回转摆动截割和上下摆动截割2种状态进行受力分析,建立双油缸对称布置的数学模型,得到回转台受力与回转油缸和升降油缸位移的关系;设定回转台受力为目标函数,回转台与其他连接约束作为约束条件,以液压油缸最大推力最小为优化目标。研究表明,液压油缸与回转台和机身铰接点位置布置对回转机构性能有直接影响,通过对液压油缸在回转台上各铰接点位置进行优化设计,以改善液压油缸对回转台的作用力情况,在一定程度上提高了EBZ220型悬臂式掘进机的安全可靠性。Taking the slewing mechanism of EBZ220 type cantilever roadheader in coal mine as the research object, the force of slewing swing cutting and up-down swing cutting are analyzed, and the mathematical model of symmetrical arrangement of double cylinders is established, the relationship between the force of the turntable and the displacement of the rotary cylinder and the lifting cylinder is obtained. The objective function is the force of the turntable, and the constraints of the connection between the turntable and the others are the constraints. The study shows that the position of the hydraulic cylinder and the rotary table and the position of the machine body hinge have a direct influence on the performance of the rotary mechanism, the safety and reliability of EBZ220 roadheader are improved to a certain extent by improving the effect of hydraulic cylinder on the turntable.
