摘 要:为防止异步电机运行时内部温度过高,以计算流体力学理论为依据对矿用高压异步电机冷却风扇性能进行分析,计算得到外风扇的风量效率性能特性;通过有限元法讨论风扇扇叶结构参数变化对风扇冷却性能的影响,比较改进前后风扇作用下机壳表面空气流速,结果表明改进后的风扇性能更好,冷却效果更强。In order to prevent the internal temperature of the asynchronous motor from being too high when it is running, analyzes the performance of the cooling fan of the mine high-voltage asynchronous motor based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics, calculates the air flow efficiency performance characteristics of the external fan, discusses the influence of the structural parameters of the fan blade on the cooling performance of the fan through the finite element method, and compares the air velocity on the shell surface before and after the optimization The results show that the optimized fan has better performance and better cooling effect.
