摘 要:基于服役于2000年至2019年的南京国际展览中心的主体跨内退役膜材(法拉利1202 Fluotop T2型PVDF膜材),对其进行一系列力学性能试验测试,包括单轴抗拉、单轴循环、单轴撕裂、单轴连接强度、双轴拉伸循环、双轴剪切循环试验.将试验结果和全新膜材力学性能指标进行对比,得到本次工程在服役老化下的力学性能指标的变化率和相对标准差,对工程使用评估具有一定的参考价值.This paper investigates the effects of service aging on mechanical properties of polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF-coated polyester fabrics, Ferrari 1202 T2, taken from Nanjing International Exhibition Center. A series of mechanical property tests including uniaxial tensile, uniaxial cyclic tension, uniaxial tearing, uniaxial bonding strength, biaxial tensile and biaxial shear tests were carried out. The results of aged fabrics were compared with those of the brand new fabrics. The rate of change and the relative standard deviation of mechanical properties of the dismantled coated fabrics were concluded. This research is valuable to evaluate the serviceability of existing membrane structures.
