手术室护士对术中压力性损伤护理知信行现况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查手术室护士关于术中压力性损伤护理知信行(KAP)现状,并进行影响因素分析。方法选取2018年8月至2021年4月郑州市第三人民医院25名手术室护士为研究对象,以自行设计的手术室术中压力性损伤护理KAP调查问卷进行评估,结合手术室护士一般资料,分析影响因素。结果25名手术室护士术中压力性损伤KAP得分中知识方面、行为方面为及格,态度方面为良好;手术室护士术中压力性损伤护理KAP得分中不同职称、是否为专科护士比较,差异有统计学意义,且职称越高术中压力性损伤护理KAP得分越高,专科护士术中压力性损伤护理KAP得分高于非专科护士(P<0.05);职称高、专科护士是手术室护士术中压力性损伤护理KAP得分较高的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士术中压力性损伤KAP现状仍有待提高,尤其是知识、行为方面需加强相关培训,其主要影响因素包括职称、是否为专科护士,临床应完善压力性损伤预防培训体系,提高质量控制,全面提高手术室护士KAP水平。Objective To investigate the status of nurses’knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of intraoperative pressure ulcer care in the operating room,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 25 operating room nurses in Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital from August 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The self-designed KAP questionnaire for intraoperative pressure ulcer care in the operating room was used for evaluation,combined with the general data of the operating room nurses,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results A total of 25 operating room nurses in the KAP scores of intraoperative pressure ulcers were pass in knowledge and practice,and attitude were good.There were differences in the KAP scores of intraoperative pressure ulcer care of operating room nurses with different professional titles and whether they were specialist nurses,and the higher the professional title,the higher the KAP score of intraoperative pressure ulcer care.The KAP score of intraoperative pressure ulcer care of specialist nurses was higher than that of non-specialist nurses(P<0.05).Nurses with high professional titles and specialist nurses were the influencing factors for the higher KAP scores of nurses in the operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion The current status of KAP for pressure ulcers in operating room nurses needs to be improved,especially in knowledge and practice.The main influencing factors include professional title and whether they are specialist nurses.The clinical training system for pressure ulcers should be improved to improve the quality control and the KAP level of nurses in the operating room.
