摘　　要：目的探讨军队派驻门诊部能力建设的方法与策略。方法通过现状分析,梳理门诊部建设存在的问题,结合总医院同质化建设主题年活动,依托帮扶中心医院资源整改门诊部存在的问题。结果门诊部医疗质量持续改进,保障单位满意度持续上升。结论同质化管理对于门诊部能力建设具有重要意义。Objective To explore the methods and strategies for capacity building of resident outpatient departments of military hospitals. Methods Through the analysis of the current situation, this paper combs the problems existing in the construction of the outpatient department and summarizes the theme year activity of homogenization construction by the General Hospital of PLA, in order to solve the problems depending on the resources of the assisted center hospital. Results The medical quality of outpatient department has been improved continuously, and the satisfaction rate of security units has been rising continuously. Conclusion Homogenization management is of great significance to the capacity building of outpatient departments.
