摘　　要：目的研发一款新型浅静脉穿刺电动压脉系统,并评价其临床应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选取上海市3所三级医院88例患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(44例)和对照组(44例),实验组应用电动压脉系统,对照组采用传统止血带压脉。观察两组压脉前后的浅静脉横截面积、操作耗时、舒适度等指标。结果实验组血管横截面积提升94%,对照组对血管面积提升70%;实验组平均耗时少于对照组(t=-7.420,P<0.01);实验组平均舒适度高于对照组(Z=-3.366,P=0.001<0.01)。结论使用浅静脉穿刺电动压脉系统,提升采血效率,值得推广应用。Objective To develop a novel type of superficial vein puncture electric pulse compression system and evaluate its clinical application effects. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 88 patients from 3 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The electric pulse compression system was applied in the experimental group while traditional tourniquets were used in the control group pulse compression. The superficial vein cross-sectional area, operation time, comfort level and other indicators before and after pulse compression were observed in the two groups. Results The cross-sectional area of blood vessels increased by 94% in the experimental group and 70% in the control group;less time was taken in the experimental group than in the control group(t=-7.420, P<0.01);and the average comfort level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(Z=-3.366, P=0.001<0.01). Conclusion The application of superficial vein puncture electric pulse compression system can help improve the efficiency of blood collection and thus is worthy of popularization and application.
