摘　　要：文章从某军医大学海上卫勤演练指挥组教学工作实际出发,指出教学环节中存在的不足。在借鉴作战指挥训练成熟做法和经验的基础上,提出改进卫勤指挥组教学的对策建议,为军医大学更好地完成教学演练、提高学员首次岗位任职能力提供新思路。Starting with a teaching practice in the organization and command group in maritime medical service drill, the paper points out the existing shortcomings in the teaching procedures, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of organization and command group’s teaching on the basis of the practices and experience in the battle command training, thus providing new methods for better completing the teaching practice and enhancing students’ ability to take up their first post.
