“一带一路”沿线省份旅游绿色全要素生产率区域差异及影响因素

摘　　要：选取2006—2019年"一带一路"沿线17个省份的面板数据,综合运用方向性距离函数与GML指数模型、Dagum基尼系数、面板Tobit回归模型对"一带一路"沿线省份旅游绿色全要素生产率进行测度,并对不同经济区旅游绿色全要素生产率的时空演变趋势、区域差异根源以及影响因素进行深入研究。结果表明:"一带一路"沿线17省份旅游绿色全要素生产率整体呈现"缓慢增长—间断性降低—快速增长"的发展趋势;旅游业绿色生产率总体区域差异表现出波浪式递减特征,区域间差异是旅游绿色全要素生产率存在差异的主要因素;区域经济发展水平、交通便捷程度、旅游产业结构、对外开放程度对"一带一路"旅游业绿色全要素生产率有显著正向作用,科技创新水平尚未发挥出正向作用。According to the panel data of 17 provinces and cities along the"Belt and Road"from 2006 to 2017,the paper comprehensively uses directional distance function and GML index model,Dagum Gini coefficient,panel Tobit regression model to measure GTFP of tourism in provinces and cities along the"Belt and Road"and also studies deeply in the spatio-temporal evolution trend,regional differences and influencing factors of tourism GTFP in different economic zones.The results show that:firstly,from 2006 to 2017,the GTFP of tourism in 17 provinces and cities along the"Belt and Road"presents the overall development trend of"slow growth-intermittent reduction-rapid growth".Secondly,The overall regional differences of tourism GTFP show the characteristic of wavy decline,and inter-regional differences are the main factors that lead to the differences of tourism GTFP.Thirdly,Regional economic development level,transportation convenience,tourism industry structure and opening-up degree have a significant positive effect on GTFP of the tourism industry in the"Belt and Road"initiative,however,the level of scientific and technological innovation presents a significant negative effect.
