摘　　要：目的通过监测,初步掌握厦门高崎国际机场T3、T4候机楼的微小气候和空气质量状况,为海关完善口岸公共场所卫生监督管理模式,进一步改善国境空港口岸的卫生状况提供科学依据。方法 2020年对厦门高崎国际机场T3、T4候机楼的微小气候、空气质量及中央空调军团菌进行监测。结果除了T3地下负一层和T3商业夹层的气温合格率是83.3%外,其他区域的气温合格率是100%;所有区域湿度合格率均为87.5%;T3商业夹层的菌落总数合格率为95.8%;T4二楼出发层甲醛合格率95.8%;T3一楼到达层的噪声合格率为83.3%,T3负一层和T4一楼到达层噪声合格率为87.5%;其余公共场所的各项指标的合格率均为100%。结论厦门高崎国际机场T3、T4候机楼的公共卫生总体状况良好,微小气候及空气质量评价指标大部分符合国家标准。海关应继续加强卫生监督力度,创新卫生监管模式,进一步提升厦门高崎国际机场公共卫生水平。Objective Through monitoring,we have a preliminary understanding of the microclimate and air quality of Terminal T3 and T4 of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport,so as to provide a scientific basis for customs to improve the sanitary supervision and management mode of public places at ports and further improve the sanitary conditions of frontier airports. Methods The microclimate,air quality and Legionella in terminal T3 and T4 of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport were monitored in 2020. Results The qualified rate of air temperature was 83.3% in the ground floor of T3 and the commercial interlayer of T3,and 100% in other areas;The qualified rate of humidity in all areas was 87.5%;The total qualified rate of colony in T3 commercial interlayer was 95.8%;The qualified rate of formaldehyde on the second floor of T4 was 95.8%;The noise qualified rate of the arrival floor on the first floor of T3 was 83.3%. The qualified rate of noise on the negative floor of T3 and the first floor of T4 was 87.5%;The qualified rate of all indicators in other public places was 100%. Conclusion The overall public health condition of terminal T3 and T4 of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is good,and most of the evaluation indexes of microclimate and air quality are in line with the national standards. Customs should continue to strengthen health supervision and innovate health supervision models to further improve the public health level of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport.
