摘  要:针对某核电厂氚碳取样装置自投运以来,多次出现不稳定现象和取样瓶中液体倒灌入流量计的情况,导致设备无法取样,影响核电厂烟囱的正常排放工作。本课题在分析了故障原因的基础上,优化了取样管路.增加了管路恒温措施,进行了防倒吸改造,从根本上解决了上述问题,保证了取样系统的正常运行。In the operation of nuclear power plant,tritium carbon sampling equipment is very important,which affects the normal operation of nuclear power plant.At present,since the operation of a nuclear power plant in China,the tritium carbon sampling equipment has failed many times,resulting in the equipment cannot be sampled,which directly affects the operation of the nuclear power plant This paper analyzes the failure causes of the equipment,improves the equipment and pipeline,fundamentally solves the problem,and ensures the normal operation of tritium carbon sampling equipment.
