摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤领域外泌体研究的现状、热点及前沿发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库中2010年至2020年肿瘤相关外泌体的研究性文献,采用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对发文量、研究机构、关键词等进行分析。结果筛选后共获得2556篇文献,总体呈逐年上升趋势。高频关键词主要有expression,microRNA,extracellular vesicle等。关键词聚类主要集中在5个方面,分别为breast cancer,biomarker,apoptosis,NK,migration。近五年的突现词分别为circulating microRNA,prostate cancer,stem cell,hepatocellular carcinoma。结论乳腺癌外泌体研究、肿瘤标志物研究、肿瘤机制研究、肿瘤免疫微环境等方面是肿瘤外泌体研究的热点。前列腺癌、肝细胞癌、干细胞相关外泌体研究以及循环系统中外泌体microRNA是研究前沿领域。Objective To explore the current status,hotspots and trends of exosome-related researches in the field of tumors.Methods The literatures of tumor-related exosomes during 2010 and 2020 were retrieved from the core database of the Web of Science(WOS),and the amount of articles,research institutions,literature citations and keywords were analyzed by the CiteSpace visual analysis software.Results A total of 2556 articles were obtained after screening,and the amount of articles was increasing year by year.High-frequency keywords mainly included expression,microRNA,extracellular vesicle,and etc.The clustering results of keywords mainly focused on breast cancer,biomarker,apoptosis,NK and migration.The emerging words in recent five years were circulating microRNA,prostate cancer,stem cell and hepatocellular carcinoma,respectively.Conclusion The researches of exosomes in breast cancer,tumor biomarker,regulation mechanisms of tumor and tumor immune microenvironment are the hotspots of exosomes in the field of tumor,and the researches of exosomes in prostate cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma and stem cells and the exosomal microRNA in the circulatory system are frontier fields.
