社区高血压患者积极度水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区高血压患者积极度水平及其相关影响因素,探讨提高患者积极度的有效途径。方法采用一般情况调查表、患者积极度量表(PAM)、高血压健康素养量表(HBP-HLS)和慢性病自我效能量表(SECD)对287例社区高血压患者进行调查。结果社区高血压患者积极度总分为(51.10±7.72)分;不同年龄、患病年限、高血压程度的患者,其积极度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者积极度水平与健康素养、自我效能各维度得分及总分均呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,健康素养、自我效能、高血压程度、年龄依次进入回归方程,共解释51.2%的总变异。结论社区高血压患者积极度总体处于第二水平,有待进一步提高。医护人员应注意评估患者积极度水平并实施个体化干预,以患者积极度的影响因素为切入点实施干预,从而提高患者的积极度水平。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient activation of hypertension patients in community,and to explore effective ways to improve the patient activation.Methods 287 hypertension patients in community were investigated using the general situation questionnaire,Patient Activation Measure(PAM),HighBlood Pressure-Health Literacy Scale(HBP-HLS)and Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease(SECD).Results The total score of patient activation of hypertension patients in community was(51.10±7.72)points.Age,years of illness,and degree of hypertension had statistically significant differences in their patient activation scores(P<0.05);Patient activation was positively correlatedwith health literacy and self-efficacy(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that health literacy,self-efficacy,degree of hypertension,and age entered the regression equation in turn,explaining 51.2%of the total variation.Conclusion The overall patient activation of hypertension patients in community is was the second level and it needs to be further improved.Medical staff should pay attention to assessing patient activation level and implement individualized interventions,and implement interventions based on the influencing factors of patient activation,so as to improve patient activation level.
