摘  要:针对新型微热管阵列应用于轻轨车辆绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)中自然冷却系统,建立实验系统测试在不同车辆速度微热管阵列的温度分布特性,并利用ICEPAK对各个工况进行模拟,热源的实验温度与模拟温度相差不超过5%.实验结果表明,在不同风速下,微热管阵列可将IGBT模块200℃高温最少降低至59.8℃,可有效降低热源温度且均温效果明显,传热效率更高;主部热管导热系数在2.4×10^(3)W/(m·K)~4.3×10^(3)W/(m·K)之间变化,且随气流速度增加导热系数与微热管翅片对流传热系数也不断增大,这使得散热系统在车辆加速时冷却更快;实验结果为轻轨车辆IGBT中冷却系统的设计、优化提供了新型材料的冷却方法.Aiming at the application of the new micro heat pipe array to the natural cooling system of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)of light rail vehicles,an experimental system was established to test the temperature distribution characteristics of the micro heat pipe array at different vehicle speeds and ICEPAK was used to simulate various working conditions.The difference between the experimental temperature and the simulated temperature is no more than 5%.The experimental results show that,under different wind speeds,the micro heat pipe array can reduce the high temperature of the IGBT module from 200℃to at least 59.8℃,which can effectively reduce the heat source temperature and the effect of uniform temperature is obvious.Higher efficiency;the thermal conductivity of the main heat pipe varies between 2.4×10^(3)W/(m·K)-4.3×10^(3)W/(m·K),and the thermal conductivity and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the micro heat pipe fins also increase with the increase of airflow speed,which makes heat dissipation The system cools faster when the vehicle is accelerating;the experimental results provide a new material cooling method for the design and optimization of the cooling system in the light rail vehicle IGBT.
