血液灌流法在急性重症安眠药中毒急诊治疗中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血液灌流法对急性重症安眠药中毒患者的急诊治疗效果。方法选取2017年8月至2020年8月本院收治的50例急性重症安眠药中毒患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组采用基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用血液灌流法进行治疗,比较两组患者生理指标、中毒恢复情况、并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果研究组生理指标、中毒恢复情况均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性重症安眠药中毒患者使用血液灌流法进行治疗,可改善患者生理指标,促进患者恢复健康,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion in the emergency treatment of acute severe hypnotic poisoning.Methods 50 cases of acute severe sleeping pill poisoning patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research sub-jects,and they were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the study group was treated with hemoperfusion method on the basis of the control group.Physio-logical indexes,poisoning recovery,complication rate and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The physiological indexes and poisoning recovery of the study group were better than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,the total effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperitoneum for the treatment of acute severe hypnotic poisoning can improve the physiological indexes of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and the inci-dence of complications is low,it is worthy of clinical application.
