摘　　要：中医治疗急性传染病历史悠久,宋代大文豪苏东坡曾使用“圣散子方”治疗寒湿瘟疫取得辉煌战绩。在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防治工作中,中国科学院仝小林院士亲临武汉一线,通过对当地气候、地理的观察及新冠肺炎患者的实际诊疗,在国内首先明确提出新冠肺炎疫情属于中医“寒湿疫”的范畴,并为此创立了“寒湿疫方(武汉抗疫1号方)”,广泛运用于临床,救治了大量的患者,尤其在仝小林院士所推行的防治新冠肺炎“武昌模式”中取得了卓越的临床疗效。本文通过对两张名方的学习,并从疫情背景、创制过程、治则治法、药物方解、使用方法等方面对两张名方进行对比解读,加深对“寒湿疫方”的理解与运用,以期作为当代中医防治“寒湿疫”的核心成果,“寒湿疫方”能受到广泛重视与借鉴,进一步提高中医药对“寒湿疫”的防治水平。Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of acute infectious diseases.Su Dongpo,a great writer in the Song Dynasty,once used the Sheng San Zi Fang to treat the epidemic with the cold-damp syndrome and achieved brilliant achievements.In the prevention and treatment of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),Tong Xiaolin,academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,came to Wuhan and first clearly proposed that the COVID-19 epidemic belonged to the category of the“epidemic with the cold-damp syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine,and created the“prescription for the epidemic with the cold-damp syndrome(Wuhan No.1 Anti-epidemic Prescription)”by observing the local climate and geography and his involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of the COVID-19 patients.The prescription has been widely applied in clinical practice,saving a large number of patients.Especially in the“Wuchang Mode”of the COVID-19 prevention and treatment promoted by Academician Tong Xiaolin,the prescription has achieved an excellent clinical efficacy.This article compares and interprets the two famous prescriptions from the aspects of the epidemic background,their creation process,treatment principles and methods,analysis on the drugs in the two prescriptions and their usage methods,so as to deepen the understanding of the prescription for the epidemic with the cold-damp syndrome and promote its clinical application.It is expected that the prescription can be widely valued and used as the core achievement of contemporary Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of the epidemic with the cold-damp syndrome,and the prevention and treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine can be further improved.
