摘　　要：戴宁教授认为不育症是一种受多因素调控的综合性疾病,与饮食、环境、情志、女方状况等密切相关。根据临证经验,主张将其分为肾虚型、肝郁型、脾虚型、湿热瘀结型论治,分别确立效法效方,并注重调节情志、饮食,中西方法合用,男女同治,形成了一套系统的诊治男性不育症的理论框架,临床意义尤大。后附验案一则,以飨同道。Professor Dai Ning believes that male infertility is a comprehensive disease regulated by multiple factors,which is closely related to diet,environment,emotions and spouse’s condition.According to his clinical experience,he suggests differentiating and treating the disease by further classifying it into the kidney deficiency type,liver depression type,spleen deficiency type and damp-heat stasis retention type.He establishes the effective therapies and prescriptions for the disease respectively,and pays attention to the regulation of emotions and diet.He capitalizes on both Chinese medicine and western medicine,and treats a couple simultaneously.Professor Dai Ning develops a systematic theoretical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility,which is of great clinical significance.An empirical case is attached to the paper so as to share his experience with readers.
