摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎属中医“寒湿疫”范畴,王檀教授及其团队根据《长春中医药大学附属医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防治方案》,结合吉林省地域特点,以解肌清热、宣肺化痰之法,从“内外通达”角度治疗新冠肺炎,疗效显著。通过介绍2则该法治疗新冠肺炎病案,以期理清新冠肺炎中医病机演变规律,为新冠肺炎的临床论治提供实践基础。The novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of cold-damp pestilence in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the“Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital’s novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and treatment plan”and taking into account the regional characteristics of Jilin Province,Professor Wang Tan and his team adopt the method of expelling pathogenic factors from muscles for clearing heat and ventilating lung qi for dissipating phlegm,and have achieved a remarkable curative effect in the diagnosis and treatment of the COVID-19 from the perspective of“internal and external accessibility”.In this study,by introducing two treatment cases of the COVID-19 with this method,the author aims to clarify the pathogenesis evolution law of the COVID-19 in traditional Chinese medicine and provide a practical basis for its future clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
