摘　　要：脊髓损伤的治疗是世界性的难点和热点,中医电针疗法在脊髓损伤的治疗中发挥积极作用,其可加速体内经脉和气血运行,达到行气活血、扶正祛邪和平衡阴阳的积极作用。其治疗机制可能在于电针能有效抑制脊髓损伤后的炎症反应,减少氧化应激,促进受损神经恢复;通过抑制细胞凋亡相关因子来治疗脊髓损伤;促进神经元轴突再生和功能恢复,减少胶质瘢痕形成;通过提高BNDF、NGF和NT3的表达促进神经营养因子增加,神经纤维的再生等。The treatment of spinal cord injury is regarded as a worldwide difficulty and hotspot,yet the electro-axupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine plays an active role in this aspect,which can accelerate the circulation of the meridians,qi and blood in the body,achieving the positive effects of activating the qi flowing and promoting the blood circulation,strengthening the vital qi to eliminate the pathogenic factors,and coordinating yin and yang.Its treatment mechanism may involve the following aspects:effectively inhibiting the inflammatory responses after a spinal cord injury,reducing the oxidative stress,and promoting the recovery of damaged nerves;treating the injury by inhibiting the apoptosis-related factors;promoting the neuronal axon regeneration and functional recovery,decreasing the formation of glial scars;promoting the increase of neurotrophic factors and the regeneration of nerve fibers by increasing the expression level of BNDF,NGF and NT3.
