中医外治法治疗甲状腺结节研究进展

摘　　要：临床治疗甲状腺结节常用中医外治法包括针刺疗法、灸法、中药外敷法、中药离子导入法、耳穴贴压疗法、埋线疗法、皮肤针疗法、三棱针疗法等。众多医家实践证明,中医外治法可以缩小甲状腺结节最大直径,缓解甲状腺结节患者临床症状,有效改善甲状腺结节局部血液循环和新陈代谢,提高甲状腺结节的治愈率,易被患者接受。In the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules,the commonly used external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine include acupuncture,moxibustion,topical application of Chinese materia medica,iontophoresis of Chinese materia medica,auricular point sticking and pressing therapy,catgut-implanting therapy,cutaneous needle therapy and three-edged needle therapy,etc.The practice of many doctors has proved that the above methods can reduce the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,alleviate the clinical symptoms,effectively improve the local blood circulation and metabolism,improve the cure rate and are easy to be accepted by patients.
