摘 要:连接件是预制夹芯保温墙体中的关键部件,通过计算夹芯保温墙体传热传湿数值,得出FRP连接件墙体不需要考虑热桥效应,不锈钢桁架式、针型和板型连接件墙体热桥部位传热系数比墙主体部位分别提高约12%,30%,43%等结论,并得到不同连接件间距下夹芯保温墙体的传热系数及修正率;传湿对夹芯保温墙体传热系数的影响可忽略不计。Connectors are key components in the prefabricated cavity insulated wall.Through the numerical calculation of heat and moisture transfer of the cavity insulated wall,it is concluded that the FRP connector wall needed not to consider the thermal bridge effect,the heat transfer coefficient of the wall thermal bridge of the stainless steel truss,pin and plate connectors was about 12%,30%and 43%higher than that of the main wall,respectively.At the same time,the heat transfer coefficient and correction rate of the cavity insulated wall were obtained under different connector spacings,the influence of moisture transfer on the heat transfer coefficient of the cavity insulated wall was negligible.
