摘　　要：目的了解先天性心脏病(简称先心病)患儿家庭功能现况,为制定家庭干预计划提供依据。方法采用自制一般资料问卷和家庭功能评定量表对184例先心病患儿照护者进行调查,并分析影响其家庭功能的因素和典型类型。结果先心病家庭功能“不健康”家庭占70.1%。父/母有职业、文化程度越高及疾病分型为简单先心病的家庭功能得分低于无职业、文化程度较低和疾病分型为复杂先心病的家庭功能(t=-3.624,P<0.001;t=-3.952,P<0.001;F=3.211,P=0.043),聚类分析结果将先心病儿童家庭按照家庭功能的典型类型分为3类,“困难型”、“能力欠缺型”和“基本完整型”。结论先心病儿童的家庭功能普遍存在缺陷,值得重视,且其家庭功能存在3类特征,应针对不同家庭特点有针对性、个性化的提供帮助,为患儿的康复提供良好的家庭环境。Objective To investigate the status of family function of children with congenital heart disease(CHD),so as to provide evidence for related family intervention plans.Methods The main caregivers of 184 CHD children were surveyed using a self-designed demographic questionnaire and family assessment device(FAD),and the influencing factors of family function and its type were analyzed.Results Totally 70.1%CHD families were unhealthy.The family function scores for parents with occupations and higher education levels,children with simple congenital heart disease were lower than those with no occupation,lower education level,and complicated congenital heart disease(t=-3.624,P<0.001;t=-3.952,P<0.001;F=3.211,P=0.043).Cluster analysis showed that the family function of CHD could be divided into three types,namely,difficult,dificient and basically complete.Conclusion The family function of children with CHD is generally impaired and can be divided into 3 styles.Therefore,targeted and personalized help should be provided to provide a better family environment for their rehabilitation.
