摘 要:针对合成制药废水具有的高有机物、高盐分、高氨氮以及较高生物毒性的特点,采用复式兼氧-好氧-缺氧-MBR的生物处理工艺对小规模合成制药废水进行处理。该组合工艺省去了传统的铁碳微电解、Fenton氧化、加药沉淀等物化环节,由此解决了物化环节能耗大、运行成本高、操作管理复杂、易产生大量危废污泥等问题。工程实践表明,最终处理出水满足浙江省《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB 33/887—2013)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的三级标准。该工艺对于复杂多变且有毒性的合成制药废水的处理,具有运行成本低、管理简单、处理效果好等优点。In view of the characteristics of high organic matter,high salt,high ammonia nitrogen and high biological toxicity of synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater,the compound facultative anaerobic-aerobic-anoxic-MBR biological treatment process was used to treat small-scale synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater.The combined process eliminated the traditional physical and chemical processes such as iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,Fenton oxidation,dosing and precipitation,thus solving the problems such as high energy consumption,high operation cost,complex operation and management,and large amount of dangerous sludge.Engineering practice showed that the final treated effluent met Zhejiang Province’s‘Indirect Discharge Limits for Nitrogen and Phosphorus Pollutants from Industrial Enterprises’(DB 33/887—2013)and the three-level standards in‘Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards’(GB 8978—1996).This process had the advantages of low operating cost,simple management and good treatment effect for complex and toxic synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
