摘  要:目的综合评价贝复济联合封闭式负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)负压引流治疗难愈性创面的临床疗效。方法检索从建库至2020年4月公开发表收录于Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO、Elsevier Clinicalkey、CNKI、万方、维普数据库,采用贝复济联合VSD负压引流或传统清创引流换药方法治疗难愈性创面的临床研究。2名研究者分别单独进行文献检索与筛选、数据提取和质量评价,并使用RevMan 5.3.3对提取的数据进行分析。结果共纳入6项临床研究,448例患者。分析结果表明,贝复济联合VSD负压引流治疗难愈性创面总有效率要高于传统清创引流换药治疗或仅使用VSD治疗〔RR=5.66,95%CI(2.90,11.03),P<0.05〕。结论贝复济联合VSD负压引流治疗难愈性创面比传统清创引流换药或仅使用VSD治疗疗效更好,可有效减轻患者痛苦,节省治疗费用,值得推广。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of bFGF combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of refractory wounds.Methods Clinical studies concerning bFGF combined with VSD or traditional debridement drainage and dressing to treat refkactory wounds were retrieved in Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCO,CNKI,and Wanfang databases from establishment to April 2020.Two researchers separately conducted literature search and screening,data extraction and quality evaluation,and used RevMan 5.3.3 to analyze the extracted data.Results A total of six clinical studies with 448 patients were included in the current study.The results showed that bFGF combined with VSD was more effective than traditional debridement drainage and dressing or VSD alone[RR=5.66,95%CI(2.902,11.03),P<0.05].Conclusions The effect of bFGF combined with VSD in the treatment of refractory wounds is better than traditional debridement drainage and dressing or VSD alone,which can effectively reduce patients'pain,save the expense,and is worth of promotion.
