摘  要:高速公路沿线隧道等采用无中隔墙连拱隧道设计,为保证施工安全,基于远程无人实时监测技术,构建隧道施工智能监测系统,采集拱顶沉降和水平收敛数据,分析复合式中墙连拱隧道单洞法施工过程中隧道的变形特点。结果表明:采用隧道智能实时监测系统,通过远程数据的采集和传送,可实现隧道长期无人监测,对施工风险进行良好把控;隧道拱顶沉降和水平收敛随时间推移分为急剧变化、缓慢变化、趋于平稳3个阶段;各监测断面拱顶沉降值和收敛变形值相差不大,最大变形量均满足设计规范要求。研究成果在隧道变形智能化监测方面具有一定的借鉴意义。The tunnels of expressway are designed for non-intermediate-wall multi-arch tunnels.In order to ensure construction safety,an intelligent monitoring system for tunnel construction is constructed based on remote unmanned real-time monitoring technology.The vault settlement and horizontal convergence data are collected to analyze the deformation characteristics of the tunnel during the single-hole construction of the composite middle-wall multi-arch tunnel.The results show that the long-term unmanned monitoring of the tunnel can be realized and the construction risk can be well controlled by using the intelligent real-time monitoring system of the tunnel and through the collection and transmission of remote data.The tunnel vault settlement and horizontal convergence are divided into three stages over time:rapid change-slow change-tend to be stable.There is little difference between the vault settlement value and the convergence deformation value of each monitoring section,and the maximum deformation meets the design specifications.The research results have reference significance in the intelligent monitoring of tunnel deformation.
