摘 要:民国时期是中国早期教育现代化的重要历史阶段,在此期间涌现出一大批优秀的教育家,其教育理念、办学思想对推动国民教育发展起到重要作用。这一群体中有一批科学家出身的教育家掌校,其中代表人物有任鸿隽、胡先骕、竺可桢,他们秉持先进的科学教育理念推动高等教育的蓬勃发展,通过现代思想进行教学管理,主张通才教育,重视基础学科建设,注重培养学生的实践能力,提倡思想自由,让学生在实践中成长,实现全面发展。"科学家掌校"将格物致知的科学精神注入到人才培养理念中,促进了教育变革与新式教育的发展。The period of the Republic of China was an important historical stage of China′s early education modernization.During this period,a large number of outstanding educators emerged.Their educational ideas and school-running ideas played an important role in promoting the development of national education.Among them,agroup of educators from scientists are in charge of the school.Representatives include Ren Hongjun,Hu Xiansu,and Zhu Kezhen.They uphold advanced scientific education concepts to promote the vigorous development of higher education,use modern ideas for teaching management,advocate general education,and values.The construction of basic disciplines focuses on cultivating students′practical ability,advocating freedom of thought,and allowing students to grow in practice and achieve comprehensive development.The "Scientist in Charge of School"injects the scientific spirit of learning about knowledge into the concept of talent training,and promotes educational reform and the development of new-style education.
