摘　　要：中国共产党党内政治生态是党在特定的生活、文化、制度等政治系统中生存和发展的状态,是党风、政风、社会风气的综合反映。党内政治生态的基本结构主要由政治生活子系统、政治文化子系统、政治制度子系统构成,三者互相作用于党内政治生态考核评价体系。具体来看,要在恪守目的性、系统性和科学性原则的基础上,构建一套符合政治生态建设和政党发展规律的科学考核评价体系,才能树立风清气正的党内政治生态,实现党内政治生态建设的持续健康发展。在各项评价指标和内容确立后,要根据考核评价的原则设立具体的考核评价模型,以确保党内政治生态考核评价体系的科学性和精准性,通过动态调整考评结果,促进党内政治生态“善治”与“良政”建设目标的实现。Inner Party Political ecology of the Communist Party of China is the state of the party’s existance and development in a specific political system such as life,culture,and systems.It is a comprehensive reflection of party style,political style,and social atmosphere.The basic structure of the party’s political ecology is mainly composed of the party’s political life subsystem,the party’s political culture subsystem,and the party’s institutional subsystem.The three interact with each other in the party’s political ecology assessment system.Specifically,on the basis of abiding by the principles of purpose,system and scientificity,a set of scientific assessment and evaluation systems that conforms to the construction of political ecology and the development of political parties must be constructed.The construction of the assessment and evaluation system will help establish a clean and upright political ecology within the party and realize the sustainable and healthy development of the construction of the party’s political ecology.After the various evaluation indicators and content established,a specific evaluation model must be established based on the principles of the evaluation system to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of the party’s political ecological evaluation system,while dynamically adjusting the evaluation results to promote the party’s political ecology,The realization of the goals of“good governance”.
