涂料轧染的泡沫复配工艺及性能研究

摘  要:为更加突出节能减排的优势,将涂料染色与泡沫整理技术相结合,对纯棉针织物进行泡沫涂料染色。通过测定溶液的表面张力和泡沫性能,确定泡沫原液的复配比及泡沫涂料染液的配方,评价复配混合体系的相容性。通过正交试验法,优化棉针织物泡沫涂料轧染的染色工艺条件。结果表明;十二烷基硫酸钠与月桂醇复配比为1:2时,泡沫原液的发泡和稳泡性能佳,再与羟乙基纤维素0.7 g/L,黏合剂734E25.0 g/L、分散剂X-995S 1.0 g/L,渗透剂JFC 2.0 g/L、柔软剂MA-7001.0 g/L混合的泡沫染液体系相容性良好;且以带液率减半的节水加工为前提,泡沫涂料染色的匀染性及耐摩擦色牢度均有所提高。In this paper,the combination of paint dyeing and foam finishing technology is used to dye the cotton knitted fabric in order for energy conservation and pollution reduction.To determine the compound ratio of the original foam solution and the formula of the foam paint dye solution,the surface tension of the solution and the properties of the foam are tested.By orthogonal experiment,pad-dyeing with foam paint optimizing condition of the cotton knitted fabric is obtained.The experimental results show that when the ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate(NALS)to lauryl alcohol is 1:2,the foaming and stabilizing properties of the original foam solution is good,and the foam solution system mixed with HEC 0.7 g/L,adhesive 734E 25.0 g/L,dispersant X-995s 1.0 g/L,osmotic agent JFC 2.0 g/L and softener MA-7001.0 g/L has good compatibility.On the premise of water-saving processing with half liquid rate,the levelness and rubbing fastness of the foam coating samples are all improved.
