摘  要:可再生绿色直流供电电源在供电过程中,其端电压不能恒定在某一固定电压值,无法满足用电设备稳定供电的要求.为解决供电电源输出电压不恒定的问题,可利用DSP微处理器设计一个宽输入、恒定电压输出的数控Buck变换器,将直流供电电源输出电压稳定在某一恒定电压值,以满足用电设备额定电压要求.根据电压单环反馈控制原理及Type3型补偿器,通过对DSP数控Buck变换器控制环路控制策略的详细设计,并利用SimCoder自动代码生成实现了DSP数控Buck变换器的设计.针对实现的DSP数控Buck变换器,利用直流电源、电子负载进行实验测试,测试表明变换器在宽电压输入范围内均能将输出电压稳定在期望设定输出值,实现了稳定输出电压值的目的.采用电路原理图方式实现控制环路程序设计,降低程序设计难度,为数控直流变换器设计提供了一种简单、实用、非编程的设计方法,具有较强的应用价值.During the power supply process of the renewable green DC power supply,the terminal voltage cannot be constant at a certain fixed voltage value,which cannot meet the requirements of stable power supply of the electrical device.In order to solve the problem that the output voltage of the power supply is not constant,a wide input and constant voltage output digital control Buck converter can be designed by DSP microprocessing,and the output voltage of the dc power supply can be stabilized at a constant voltage value to meet the rated voltage requirements of the electrical device.According to the principle of voltage single-loop feedback control and Type3 compensator,the hardware circuit of DSP digital control Buck converter and the control strategy of DSP control loop were designed in detail,and the DSP digital control Buck converter was designed by using SimCoder automatic code generation.For the realized DSP digital control Buck converter,the DC power supply and the electronic load were used for the experimental test.The test results showed that the converter could stabilize the output voltage at the desired output value within the wide voltage input range,and achieve the purpose of stabilizing the output voltage value.This method used the circuit schematic diagram to realize DSP digital control programming,reduced the difficulty of programming design,and provided a simple,practical,non-programming design method for the design of digital control DC converter,and has a strong application value.
