摘　　要：高铁客站候车厅室内空间性能影响着乘客高铁出行的整体环境体验。本文以大型高铁客站候车厅为研究对象,基于SD法与IPA法,建立了候车厅空间评价指标并进行了主观问卷调查,了解了被访者对候车厅各项空间要素性能表现和重要性的评价情况,并根据被访者在两个评价维度上心理量的差距,提出了高铁客站候车厅空间环境改善的具体建议。Passengers’overall environmental evaluation of traveling is influenced by the interior space performance of the waiting hall of high-speed railway station.This article takes the waiting hall of large high-speed railway station as the research object,the SD(semantic differential)method and the IPA(importance-performance analysis)method were introduced to establish the space evaluation index of the waiting hall,and the subjective questionnaire survey was carried out to understand the evaluation of the importance and performance of the various spatial elements of the waiting hall.Finally,according to the psychological gap of the interviewees in the two evaluation dimensions,specific suggestions are put forward to improve the spatial environment of the waiting hall of high-speed railway station.
