乡村聚落社区化转型机制及其规划路径研究——以荣成市荫子村为例

摘　　要：新型城镇化与乡村振兴战略背景下,乡村社区化机制及其规划路径研究是顺应乡村聚落减量重构趋势、构建新型农村社会生活共同体的重要途径,可为国土空间规划体系下村庄规划编制提供技术参考和思路借鉴。文章以荣成市荫子村为例,在分析当前减量重构趋势下村庄发展问题的基础上,从内核系统、外缘系统、行为主体等3个维度,阐明了乡村社区化“嵌入性”的一般机制,探讨了基于社区化机制的乡村聚落规划路径,从生态基质提效、居住单元塑造、产业体系完善、社群组织构建等方面提出了乡村社区的优化策略,为乡村社区空间研究与规划设计提供框架性依据,增强了国土空间规划体系下村庄规划编制的科学性、系统性。Under the background of new urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,the rural community mechanism and its planning path are important ways to conform to the trend of rural settlement reduction and reconstruction,which can provide technical reference and ideas for village planning under the national spatial planning system.Taking Yinzi Village in Rongcheng City as an example,this paper analyzes the embeddedness of rural communitization from the three dimensions of"core system-outer system-behavior"on the basis of in-depth research and judgment on the development of villages under the current trend of reduction and reconstruction,and then systematically discuss the planning path of rural settlement based on the community mechanism.The article proposes effective strategies for optimizing rural communities from the aspects of ecological substrate efficiency improvement,housing unit shaping,industrial system improvement,and community organization structure.The research provides a framework basis for rural community space research and planning and design,and strengthens the scientific and systematic preparation of practical village planning under the new territorial space planning system.
