摘 要:苯为室内“三大隐形杀手”之一,有强致癌性,严重影响人们的生命健康,植物对室内化学污染抗性的强弱是决定其能否长期在污染环境中正常生长发育并稳定、持续、有效地发挥吸收净化能力的前提和基础,植物体内抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性是判断其对苯污染胁迫抗性能力强弱的重要依据。文章基于8种耐阴观叶植物在3种不同浓度梯度下的熏气实验,通过方差分析和多重比较阐明其APX活性的变化,对比分析了苯污染胁迫下其抗性能力。结果表明:苯浓度对8种耐阴观叶植物APX活性变化的影响较为显著,在25、50、100 mg/m3的浓度苯污染胁迫下,金边虎尾兰APX活性变化率最小,其值分别为9.44%、17.42%、35.25%,表明其抗性能力最强;而绿萝APX活性变化率最大,其抗性能力最弱。Benzene is one of the"three invisible killers"indoor,with strong carcinogenicity and serious impact on people's life and health.The strength of plant resistance to indoor chemical pollution is the premise and basis for determining whether plants can grow and develop normally in the polluted environment for a long time and play the absorption and purification ability stably,continuously and effectively.The activity of ascorbate peroxidase APX in plants is an important basis for determining the resistance of plants to benzene pollution stress.In this paper,eight kinds of shades-tolerant leaf plants were fumigated with three different concentration gradientations,and their APX activity was elucidated through variance and multiple comparisons,and their resistance to benzene pollution stress was compared and analyzed.The results showed that benzene concentration had a significant effect on the changes of APX activity of the eight shade tolerant leaf plants.Under the benzene pollution stress of 25,50 and 100 mg/m3,the APX activity of Sansevieria trifasciata had the lowest change rate,which were 9.44%,17.42%and 35.25%,respectively,indicating that it had the strongest resistance.The APX activity of Scindapsus aurens changed at the highest rate,and its resistance was the weakest.
