摘  要:我国既有建筑量大面广,其中约有30%~50%出现安全性降低、抗震性能或使用功能不能满足要求等问题,因此既有结构的安全性能评估、抗震加固及功能提升改造已成为工程领域的重要研究课题。既有结构评估虽然引入了目标可靠指标与评定等级的关系,但一些评定指标并未由可靠度计算得出,这与现行基于可靠度的结构设计方法不协调,因此基于可靠度的既有结构评估方法将成为未来的研究方向。随着建筑抗震研究的发展,考虑相互作用的基于体系的抗震加固方法、加固后结构的性能和可恢复性评估将成为研究的重要方面。建筑物的改造正由单项改造向综合改造发展,托换技术是综合改造的关键共性问题,涉及托换结构的受力研究及其与上部结构的共同作用问题。文章主要从既有结构评估、加固改造的科学问题与关键技术综述了本领域的研究进展及未来发展方向,对既有结构评估和加固改造领域的理论及关键技术研究起到一定的借鉴作用。Existing buildings in China has a large number and wide range.About 30%-50%of buildings face the decrease on safety,seismic performance or usage function.Therefore,the safety evaluation,seismic reinforcement and retrofitting of existing structures have become an important research topic in the engineering field.The currently evaluation method has established some relationship with the reliability index,but some indices have not obtained by the reliability method.This is not consistent with the reliability-based design method of the current structures.Thus,the reliability-based assessment method will be the future research interest.Some new seismic reinforcement methods have been put forward with respect to the development of the building seismic researches.The interaction between the old structure and newly added substructure,and the performance evaluation or resilience are the important aspects of the research.The retrofitting of the buildings has transferred from the single term type into comprehensive retrofitting.The structural underpinning is the key issue in the retrofitting.The underpinning research includes the mechanical study of the underpinning system and the interaction with the upper structure.This paper mainly talked about the scientific problems and the key technology on the research development and interest of the future with respect to the existing structure evaluation,seismic reinforcement and retrofitting.Hopefully,this will supply some references for the theoretical and key technology researches on evaluation,reinforcement and retrofitting.
