摘　　要：杨秉秀教授治疗妇科血证注重辨病与辨证相结合,在辨证选方基础上针对病因或基本病机选用药对,屡获佳效。本文整理杨教授治疗妇科血证(虚证类)的用药经验,分析其药对组成、配伍特点等,并结合案例加以说明,可为临床提供参考。Professor Yang Bingxiu’s treatment of gynecological blood syndrome focuses on combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.On the basis of prescription selection of syndrome differentiation,she has chosen the medicinal pairs for the cause or basic pathogenesis of the disease,with satisfying efficacy.This article sorted out Professor Yang Bingxiu’s medication experience in treating gynecological blood syndrome(deficiency syndrome),analyzed its composition and compatibility characteristics,and presented proven clinical case in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
