回用乙二醇对聚酯装置的影响分析

摘　　要：介绍了两种固相缩聚生产中的氮气净化工艺。从全厂乙二醇输送流程、聚酯装置的乙二醇原料组成、乙二醇分配系统设计和聚酯工艺设备设计四个方面分析了乙二醇洗涤工艺对聚酯装置设计的影响,用于指导聚酯装置设计,降低回用乙二醇对聚酯装置的影响。Two kinds of nitrogen purification processes used in solid state polycondensation are introduced.The influence of reuse ethylene glycol(EG) on polyester chip plant(CP) design is analyzed from four aspects: EG conveying process, raw material composition of CP, EG distribution system design of CP and process equipment design of CP. The analysis can be used to guide the engineering design of CP and reduces the influence of reuse EG on quality of CP production.
