摘 要:随着高强钢在工程应用中的日益推广,高强钢构件的局部失稳问题也更加突出。针对这一问题,使用波形钢板是一种高效且经济的解决方案。基于正交各向异性薄板理论,研究了简支波形钢板的整体受压屈曲,推导了屈曲临界应力公式,理论解与有限元解吻合较好。研究发现波形钢板的屈曲临界应力与波形数成负相关,由此对单波板件的整体屈曲性能进行参数分析,得出了最优波形。基于正交设计法,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对L形钢管轴压短柱进行有限元模拟,验证了单波板件在增强高强钢管构件的局部稳定性方面的有效性,所得结论也与板件参数分析结果相符。With the increasing demand of high strength steel in constructions, the local buckling of high strength steel members is highlighted.To address this issue, using corrugated steel plates is an efficient and economic solution.Based on the equivalent orthotropic thin plate theory, this paper focused on the global compressive buckling stress of simply supported corrugated steel plates.The formula of buckling critical stress was proposed, and it agrees well with the finite element results.The study found a negative correlation between corrugation repeating number and the critical stress of buckling of corrugated steel plates.Therefore, a parametric analysis of the global buckling performance of trapezoidal single-corrugation steel plates(SCSPs) was conducted, and an optimal waveform was obtained.Based on the orthogonal design method, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the L-shaped steel tubular stub columns under axial compression.The results are consistent with the parametric analysis results of SCSPs, and the effectiveness of SCSPs in strengthening the local stability of high strength steel tubular members is verified.
