摘  要:渤海湾北部海域常年低温,其原油物性具有"三高"特点,储层为低孔低渗,在生产、修井过程中,低温和乳化对储层孔隙的伤害较为突出,导致大批油井的产能急剧下降,甚至停产。针对低渗稠油存在的低温堵塞、稠油乳化难开采的问题,笔者进行了多功能解堵液的室内评价等系列实验,在渤海低渗稠油油田的应用效果良好。据统计,修井后的日产油率大大提高,恢复周期缩短8~22d,对渤海低渗稠油区块具有较好的降压解堵效果。The environment of the northern Bohai bay was low temperature all the year round.The physical properties of crude oil had the characteristics of"three highs".The reservoir was low porosity and low permeability.In the process of production and workover,low temperature and emulsification damaged the reservoir pores more seriously,resulting in a large number of oil wells sharply reduced productivity,or even shut down.In order to solve the problems of low-temperature plugging of low-permeability heavy oil and difficult recovery of heavy oil emulsification,a series of laboratory evaluation tests of multifunctional plugging removal fluid were carried out.According to statistics,after workover,the daily oil production rate was greatly improved,and the recovery period was shortened by 8~22 days,which had a good effect of depressurization and plug removal in Bohai low permeability heavy oil block.
