62份广西玉米育种材料遗传背景分析

摘　　要：【目的】探明玉米优良新品种桂单0810和桂单0811父母本双亲的遗传背景,为进一步利用桂单0810和桂单0811杂优模式推动广西玉米新品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】利用60对多态性SSR标记,对桂单0810和桂单0811的父本、母本及以此为基础选育的改良材料和部分新引进材料共62份玉米种质进行遗传背景分析。【结果】62份种质材料划分为3个杂种优势群,桂单0810和桂单0811双亲均分别被归入第Ⅰ群和第Ⅱ群。【结论】2个玉米品种的杂交模式均为改良瑞德种质×苏湾种质的温热×热杂种优势配对模式。【Objective】In order to provide the theoretical basis for further utilizing heterotic pattern of Guidan 0810 and Guidan 0811 to promote the breeding of new maize cultivars in Guangxi,the genetic background of female and male parents of excellent new maize cultivars Guidan 0810 and Guidan 0811 is clarified.【Method】60 polymorphic SSR primers are used to analyze the genetic background of 62 maize germplasm including female and male parents of Guidan 0810 and Guidan 0811,related improved materials and some new introduced materials.【Result】62 germplasm materials are divided into 3 heterotic groups,the male and female parents of Guidan 0810 and Guidan 0811 are classified intoⅠgroup andⅡgroup respectively.【Conclusion】The heterotic pattern of two maize cultivars is temperate-tropical×tropical cross heterotic pattern of modified-reid germplasm×Suwan germplasm.
