摘 要:【目的】探明植物工厂电场强度对蔬菜生长动态、产量品质及烧心程度的影响,为解决生菜类蔬菜在植物工厂栽培中因烧心引起的品质及产量下降问题提供技术支撑。【方法】以意大利生菜为试验材料,采用无土栽培方法,研究不同电场强度(0 kV/cm、0~0.2 kV/cm、0.2~2 kV/cm、>2 kV/cm)处理下植物工厂内生菜产量、品质的变化及生菜烧心的发生情况。【结果】0.2~2 kV/cm电场强度处理对意大利生菜产量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量的促进效果最佳,较其他处理显著降低硝酸盐含量;静电场处理能够降低植物工厂内意大利生菜烧心的程度,尤其当电场强度高于2 kV/cm时,还未出现严重烧心植株,生菜烧心的情况明显好转。【结论】在植物工厂栽培生菜,通过0.2~2 kV/cm电场强度处理,可提高生菜产量、品质,并有效避免烧心现象发生。【Objective】The effects of electrostatic field intensity on growth dynamic,yield,quality and dry heart-burning of vegetable under plant factory conditions are studied to provide the technological support for solving the problems of quality and yield reduction of lettuce vegetables due to dry heart-burning under plant factory cultivation.【Method】The Italian lettuce are used as test materials.The soilless culture method is employed to study the variation in yield and quality and dry heart-burning occurrence status of lettuce treated with different electrostatic field intensities(0 kV/cm,0─0.2 kV/cm,0.2─2 kV/cm and>2 kV/cm)under plant factory conditions.【Result】The 0.2─2 kV/cm electrostatic field intensity treatment has the best promotion effect on the yield,soluble sugar content,and soluble protein content of Italian lettuce,and nitrate content is decreased significantly compared with that of other treatments.Electrostatic field treatment can reduce the dry heart-burning degree of Italian lettuce in plant factory,especially when the electrostatic intensity is over 2 kV/cm,the serious heart-burning plants are not found and the heart-burning status of lettuce is improved obviously.【Conclusion】Cultivating lettuce in plant factory,0.2─2 kV/cm electrostatic intensity treatment can improve the yield and quality of lettuce,and prevent the occurrence of heart-burning effectively.
