摘　　要：目的:评价经阴道实时三维子宫输卵管造影(3D-HyCoSy)在输卵管性不孕症中的应用价值。方法:纳入39例均行X线子宫输卵管碘油造影及经阴道实时三维超声输卵管造影的不孕症患者,以腹腔镜通染液试验为诊为金标准,将两种影像检查进行比较分析。结果:经阴道实时三维输卵管造影VSX线造影评价输卵管通畅性的诊断准确性、敏感性、特异度为93.3%、93%、94.1%VS 84.4%、86%、82.3%。结论:经阴道实时三维输卵管造影有较高的准确度和安全性,在不孕症诊断和治疗上有重要临床作用。Objective:To evaluate the application value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensionalhysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(3 D-HyCoSy)in tubal infertility.Methods:39 cases of infertility patients who underwent radiographic hysterosalpingography with lipiodol and 3 D-HyCoSy were included.The two imaging examinations were compared and analyzed with the results of laparoscopy and dye test as the gold standard.Results:The diagnosis accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of 3 D-HyCoSy vs radiographic hysterosalpingography to evaluate of tubal patency were 93.3%,93%,94.1%vs 84.4%,86.0%,82.3%.Conclusion:3 D-HyCoSy has high accuracy and safety,and plays an important clinical role in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
