摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声引导下盆腔脓肿置管引流术的可行性、安全性及临床疗效。方法:选取2017~2019年盆腔脓肿患者32例,脓肿大小4.9~17.3cm,在阴道超声引导下穿刺置入8F引流管,统计分析其成功率、并发症及术后疗效。结果:32例病例均成功置入引流管,引流时间3~11d,无大出血、感染及盆腔重要脏器损伤等并发症,术后疗效明显,术后26例治愈,6例有效。结论:经阴道超声引导下盆腔脓肿置管引流安全、可行且疗效明显,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To explore the feasibility, efficacy and safety of the transvaginal ultrasound-guided drainage in the treatment of pelvic abscess.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,32 patients(mean age 36.7±12.0 years, range 22-77 years) who received transvaginal ultrasound-guided drainage for pelvic abscess were included. The mean diameter of the abscess was 9.7±3.2 cm, range 4.9 to 17.3 cm. The success rate, complications and efficacy were analyzed.Results:32 procedures were performedin 32 patients, and the technical success rate was 100% in a section. 26 patients(81.2%) obtained a cure, and 6 patients(18.8%) got a partial relief. No bleeding or damage of important organ in pelvic cavity occurred. No recurrence of abscess was observed in 3 months after operation on ultrasound orCT.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound-guided drainage is feasible, effective and safe for the treatment of pelvic abscess, which deserves application and dissemination in clinical practice.
