摘  要:目的:探讨湖南省乡镇卫生院精神疾病防治人员的工作意愿及其影响因素。方法:以湖南省乡镇卫生院精神疾病防治人员为研究对象,运用自行设计的精神疾病防治人员工作意愿调查表对湖南省乡镇卫生院精神疾病防治人员进行调查。结果:本次研究共调查1496名精神疾病防治人员,有1023人(68.4%)愿意长期(>3年)从事精神疾病防治工作,473人(31.6%)不愿意长期从事该项工作。无稳定婚姻[OR(odd ratio)=0.674,95%CI(confidence interval):0.476~0.955]、工作年限≤3年[工作年限<1年(OR=0.330,95%CI:0.172~0.635),工作年限1~3年(OR=0.702,95%CI:0.535~0.921)]、兼职人员[OR=0.558,95%CI:0.395~0.789]、本年度未参加过培训[OR=0.583,95%CI:0.460~0.740]是精神疾病防治人员长期从事该项工作意愿的不利因素。精防人员对精防工作的福利待遇越不满意,其长期从事该项工作的意愿越低(OR=0.805,95%CI:0.712~0.909);精防人员觉得从事精神疾病防治工作的社会地位越受尊敬,其长期从事该项工作的意愿越高(OR=1.295,95%CI:1.082~1.550);精防人员对精神疾病防治工作具有良好的发展前景越不赞同,其长期从事该项工作的意愿越低(OR=0.567,95%CI:0.496~0.648)。结论:湖南省乡镇卫生院精神疾病防治人员的工作意愿偏低,福利待遇、社会地位和发展前景等多方面是影响精神疾病防治人员队伍的因素。Objective:To explore the work willingness and its influencing factors of mental disease prevention and control personnel(MPCP)in township hospitals in Hunan province.Methods:A number of 1700 trainees who attended the training class of MPCP of township hospitals in Hunan province from 2013 to 2014 were investigated.The self-designed questionnaire "the work willingness of mental health prevention and control personnel" was used to collect data.Results:A total of 1496 MPCP completed this investigation, and 1023(68.4%)of MPCP were willing to work for long-term(>3 years)as the mental disease prevention and control personnel.Unstable marriage[OR(odd ratio)=0.674,95%CI(confidence interval):0.476~0.955],work duration less than 3 years[work duration less than one year(OR=0.330,95%CI:0.172~0.635),work duration of 2~3 years(OR=0.702,95%CI:0.535~0.921)],part-time staff[OR=0.558,95%CI:0.395~0.789],no attending any training the past year[OR=0.583,95%CI:0.460~0.740]were risk factors of the long-term work willingness.The more dissatisfaction with the welfare benefits, the lower the willingness of the work(OR=0.805,95%CI:0.712~0.909);the more respect with the social status, the higher the willingness of the work(OR=1.295,95%CI:1.082~1.550);the more disagreement with the development prospect, the lower the willingness of the work(OR=0.567,95%CI:0.496~0.648).Conclusion:The work willingness of MPCP in township hospitals is low.There is a need to attract and stabilize the MPCP team by strengthening training, and improving their welfare, social status, work prospects and others.
