入院患者心理行为安全问卷编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:制定入院患者的心理行为安全评估表并检验问卷信效度。方法:采用文献检索法、专家评估法等确定评估表内容与具体项目,对患者进行两次测试,采用探索性因素分析,相关分析等统计方法对问卷进行相关修订。结果:入院评估表共包含34个条目(含1项测谎题)。探索性主成分分析显示:个人分问卷由3个因素组成,特征值均大于1且累积解释变异量为53.93%(>50%)。家族分问卷由3个因素组成,特征值均大于1且累积解释变异量为52.40%。入院评估表的内部一致性信度为0.89,分半信度为0.73,重测信度为0.73。结论:新编入院安全行为问卷由个人问卷和家族问卷两个分问卷组成;作为入院安全行为的测量工具是稳定可信的。Objective:The psychological behavior safety assessment form of hospitalized patients was developed and its reliability and validity were tested.Methods:Literature review method and expert evaluation method were used to determine the contents and specific items of the evaluation form, patients were tested twice, and exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical methods were used to revise the questionnaire.Results:(1)There were 34 items in the admission evaluation form.(2)The exploratory principal component analysis showed that the individual questionnaire was composed of three factors,and the eigenvalues were all greater than 1,and the cumulative explanatory variation was 53.93%(>50%).The family questionnaire was composed of three factors,and the eigenvalues were all greater than 1,and the cumulative explanatory variation was 52.40%.(3)The internal consistency reliability of the admission assessment form was 0.89,the split-half reliability was 0.73,and the retest reliability was0.73.Conclusion:The new questionnaire of safe behavior in hospital consists of two parts:individual questionnaire and family questionnaire.As a measure of safe behavior on admission,it is stable and reliable.
